Our business is assisting people to resolve disputes in which they have become involved, sometimes through no fault of their own.

Disputes Resolved is an independent provider of mediation and other ‘alternative methods of dispute resolution’ (ADR).  Independence is an essential ingredient of mediation as it avoids ‘conflict of interests’ and enables us to appoint the best qualified mediator for every dispute.  Founded in 1993, Disputes Resolved is one of the longest established providers of ADR services. Service for people seeking prompt, economical and effective dispute resolution with an exceptionally high success rate.

We provide advice, negotiation, mediation, conciliation and dispute management services for people seeking prompt, economical and effective dispute resolution.

Mediators are drawn from business and the professions.  They are always people who have completed either the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) or other recognised training and pupillage and received accreditation.
