Stage One (Initial Contact) Checklist

This checklist is intended principally for use by the Disputes Resolved administrator who first comes into contact with a prospective disputant/party or their representative, often by telephone.  The object of the checklist is to assist Disputes Resolved to establish a rapport with the person, to identify the type of dispute, to explore appropriate method(s) for resolution, to indicate the relative cost, time and stress implications of alternative methods and to ensure confidentiality of communications. The preferred method of completion of the checklist is by a prospective party and the Disputes Resolved administrator going through the questions together, but the checklist may also be completed by Internet users and forwarded to Disputes Resolved as a means of initiating contact.

Please ensure that you have read our Mediation Fees and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions for Use of This Site before making use of this form.
